This Houston Boot Camp also know as the Bayou Boot Camp is great for beginning and advanced exercises because the classes are limited to just 20 participants so the instructor is able to modify the exercise to your ability.

You will experience both strength and cardio training with a nationally certified personal trainer in an outdoor setting. You will boost your metabolism with lean muscle growth and burn fat with interval cardio work. You will rid yourself of the stress from wedding planning with these energizing workouts.

You can expect to safely lose between 5 and 10 pounds of fat  in just four weeks along with a sensible diet. (Results will vary depending on individual).

The program meets three days a week for one hour in a fun and supportive environment. All classes are held outside by the Bayou in the Heights and Memorial Park.
