It Takes More Than a Room of Equipment to Help You Look and Feel Your Best!
My name is Thomas Jackobs and I am a Houston Personal Trainer and the Owner of Body3 Fitness Center. My passion for wellness comes from my own life experience. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and having 30 extra pounds of fat, I committed to a wellness program which truly saved my life.
In doing so, I found my passion. Through my very personal process, I am able to motivate people just like you to reach your goals. You can and will look and feel better!
Please take the time to get to know the professionals who are here to serve you!
