Welcome, it’s week two in June. Don’t forget that Push Ups for Charity is this Saturday. Its going to be a great event. Giving back to the community is a big part of what we do at Body3, and its important for helping military service members.

Warm Up:
5 mins on Treadmill
Min 1: Walking w/no incline
Min 2: Walking w/1.0 incline
Min 3: Walking w/2.0 incline
Min 4: Walking w/3.0 incline
Min 5: Walking w/4.0 incline

Complete a 5k on the treadmill

Cooling Down:
Foam Rolling
Working w/ the Lacrosse Ball
