15 Squats / 15 Push-ups / 15 Sit-Ups

Repeat 3x’s

CARDIO:

Stairmaster:

2 minutes – 75 steps per minute

3 minutes – 60 steps per minute

5 minutes – 50 steps per minute

3 minutes – 60 steps per minute

2 minutes – 75 steps per minute

5 minutes – 50 steps per minute

COOL DOWN:

Foam Rolling

Neck Mobility
