We are quickly approaching summertime, the time where we begrudgingly pull out the ‘ol swimsuit. Are you already dreading wearing it? You shouldn’t! But if you are, you still have plenty of time to feel better about it. You technically have 14 weeks until July 1st.
A lot can happen in 14 weeks, but you have to work for it. Dedicate yourself and commit to making a change. It may seem like a long time, but it really isn’t. Think about it, we are getting ready to close the first three months of this year up. Wasn’t I just putting up my Christmas tree?
There is plenty of time to do some serious damage in either direction with regards to your fitness goals. Choose the direction that makes you proud to throw on that ‘ol swimsuit, or maybe even brave enough to get a new one to fit your new body.
