Set accountability goalsI would love to tell you that working out two days a week during your 30-minute small group sessions is going to get you the results that you want, but it just isn’t true. The results that you want require a few other things.

Those few other things will be different for everyone. Each person has very particular goals, very particular metabolisms, and very particular needs.

We want to give you all the tools you need to get those results and help you understand what you need to be doing on top of your small group or private sessions. So this month during your accountability sessions, we are going to put together a fresh Fitness Road Map that will detail out what you need to be doing to get to where you want to go.
