Family Circle Magazine and the American Heart Association created the Start! Walking Challenge.
Tom Jackobs from Body3 Fitness Center was the houston personal trainer selected to help encourage the walker in the story. Now we're bringing the walking challenge to you!
If you're new to walking and exercise, this is perfect. You will meet once a week with one of our trainers and we will go over the next weeks walking plan as designed by the AHA and ACE (American Council on Exercise).
You will be guided every step of the way (literally). In addition to coaching you will be given nutrition advice on how to maximize your walking experience.
We will perform measurements at the beginning and every month of the program, so we can track your incredible progress. |
