I couldn't have imagined looking or feeling any better than I did that day and that was due to our workouts and your nutrition advice. Even though our workouts were hard, I looked forward to them because I felt like I was seeing results and I really felt like you took a lot of time to make sure that the workouts were tailored for the areas I was targeting and for my needs. You will experience both strength and cardio training with a nationally certified personal trainer in an outdoor setting. You will boost your metabolism with lean muscle growth and burn fat with interval cardio work. You will rid yourself of the stress from wedding planning with these energizing workouts.

You can expect to safely lose between 5 and 10 pounds of fat  in just four weeks along with a sensible diet. (Results will vary depending on individual).

The program meets three days a week for one hour in a fun and supportive environment. All classes are held outside by the Bayou in the Heights and Memorial Park.

Each first time participant will receive a Body3 T-Shirt and Body3 Challenge Band.
