Andrew is the Head Trainer at Body3! He teaches 1-on-1 personal training sessions, semi-private training classes, cardio classes and boot camps. He works hard to help our members reach their health and fitness goals! Andrew has been an athlete his entire life starting with little baseball when he was only 3. He continued to play baseball through his freshman year in College. Andrew is a 6-time IronMan athlete and has completed many marathons, half-marathons, and shorter races. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been training clients since 2016. Andrew loves mixing strength training with functional and endurance fitness to help our members reach their goals!
Josh is the Business Manager at Body3 and he oversees the HR and accounting for the gym. In addition to his work at the gym, Josh is the Operations Director for two staffing firms in Houston, MK Personnel and Hunter+Sage. Josh loves being part of the Body3 family and seeing members learn, grow, and thrive!
Mike Warren has been our Senior Trainer at Body3 since 2011. He has his MA in Exercise Science, his ACE certification, and a passion for helping people exercise. Our members love Mike and we are super happy to have his expertise and awesome attitude.
Cassandra Gaudet has been training at Body3 since 2010 and specializes in weight loss, weight management, and rehabilitative training.
