Andrew is the Owner & Head Trainer at Body3! He teaches 1-on-1 personal training sessions, semi-private training classes, cardio classes, boot camps, and run coaching. He works hard to help members reach their health and fitness goals!
Andrew has been an athlete his entire life starting with (very) little league baseball when he was only 3. He continued to play baseball through his freshman year in College. Andrew is a 6-time IronMan athlete and has completed many marathons, half-marathons, and 5-and-10Ks, and other races. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Level I Precision Nutrition certification, and has been training clients since 2016.
