At Body3, we help people learn how to live healthier, happier lives! Our focus on functional fitness, achievable nutrition, and caring accountability helps members lose weight and keep it off. We do have three ways that we guide members to make this happen:
Private Training – This is the most PERSONALIZED type of training we offer at Body3. These 1-on-1 thirty minute sessions are different for each member. They allow you and your trainer to dial in on your goals then work together through a specifically designed program to achieve them.
Semi-Private Training – These thirty minute training sessions are done in a group setting with a trainer and up to 6 members. The trainer is right by yalls side the entire time to explain each movement and ensure y’all are performing them correctly. During these training session we focus functional fitness, compound movements and interval training to ensure everyone gets the same amount of work and great full body workout. We offer these sessions both morning and night so you can choose the times that work best for you!
Cardio & Core – This class is for members only and is every Monday through Thursday night at 6pm. In these classes we utilize High Intensity training to get the heart rate up, blood flowing and core burning. Don’t like running? Don’t worry, we do everything besides that to give you a great and fun workout!
Boot Camps – We have two 45 minute boot camps every Saturday morning, Body weight at 8 and Fun w/weights at 9! No one likes working out by themselves and in our boot camps you are always with a partner or group to ensure you are never on your own! Body weight at 8 is our most popular bootcamp and just like it sounds, we workout in groups of 3-4 and utilize every body weight movement possible to give you a great workout. In fun w/weights at 9 we mix body weight cardio movements with high intensity strength movement to give a great full body session. Boot camps are free for members and only $10 for guest!
