Small Group Training

These 30-minute sessions are done in a small group setting with a trainer and up to 4-5 members total. The trainer is right there the entire time to explain each movement and ensure you do exercises correctly. The focus is on functional fitness, compound movements, and interval training to ensure everyone gets a great full-body workout. We offer these sessions multiple times a day (see the schedule below) so you can choose the times that work best for you!
- Mondays: 5:25am / 6am / 6:35am / 10:30am / 4:50pm / 5:25pm / 6pm / 6:35pm
- Tuesdays: 6am / 6:35am / 4:50pm / 5:25pm / 6pm / 6:35pm
- Wednesdays: 5:25am / 6am / 6:35am / 10:30am / 4:50pm / 5:25pm / 6:35pm
- Thursdays: 6am / 6:35am / 4:50pm / 5:25pm / 6pm / 6:35pm
- Fridays: 5:25am / 6am / 6:35am / 10:30am / 4:50pm / 5:25pm / 6pm
- Saturdays: 8:30am / 9:05am / 9:40am
