Virtual Training & Coaching

Here are all of the virtual training and coaching programs for members who live outside of Houston or can’t make it into our gym: 

Virtual Personal Training

Virtual Personal Training is the most personalized type of training we offer to our online members. Led by a Personal Trainer, these online exercise sessions are tailored for each person based on their goals and fitness level. You get personalized training and support to make sure you’re successul, all in the privacy of your own home or gym.

Run Coaching

If you have a goal to run a marathon or other race, then Run Coaching may be for you! Lead by our Owner & Head Trainer (and 7-time Ironman finisher) Andrew, Run Coaching gives you a personalized training plan to help you meet your race goals. Members upload info on their weekly runs for Andrew to provide feedback, notes, changes, and support. If you’re looking for help to reach your race goals, email Andrew about run coaching today!

Monthly Nutrition

If you’re like most people, eating “right” can be the most challenging part of your health or fitness journey. We offer an ongoing online nutrition program led by certified nutrition coaches who provide education, information, tips, and support. The goal is not on fad diets, but to help you understand how food choices can impact you and your health and fitness goals. Nutrition Tune-Ups

Three times a year, we lead a Nutrition Tune-Up to help people get back on track with healthier eating and nutrition. Each session lasts 4-5 weeks (depending on the time of year) and provides its members with support, education, recipe options, shopping lists, and weekly virtual check-ins. The Nutrition Tune-Ups are a great option if you don’t need regular, ongoing support, but do want occasional accountability.
